53 Days Until The UCC Anniversary

In the 1950s and 60s, attending Sunday School was an expected activity for Christian children. This was before the days of Sunday morning kids’ activities such as hockey or dance practice. In the United Church, children were rewarded for perfect attendance. The pin in the photo shows a perfect attendance pin. It started with the crest in the centre. The next year brought the wreath and then, in subsequent years, bars could be added to hang from the bottom.
