Welcome to this church family!

 

Welcome to this community called Christ First, as we worship, serve, and grow in south Mississauga. You are welcome, just as you are, and we can’t wait to get connected with you and your faith journey. We pray you will know this to be a safe place, onsite and online: a place to be you; to find comfort and strength; to ask questions, wrestle with unknowns, and rest deeply in ancient truths.

This is an exciting time at Christ First, as we live into new chapters of a life-changing story. Grounded in The United Church of Canada, we have a long history in Port Credit, Clarkson, and beyond. We are embracing the present with optimism and generosity, and we are planning for a vibrant future. It is all built on love, trusting the Holy One’s invitation, believing there is still so much more for us to do and be, together. Being a disciple of Jesus isn’t always easy, but we hope it changes us and God’s world, for the better – and we really hope this is where you will feel at home, too.
