Sandy Garraway

 

I come from a long line of Welsh church organists and began playing when I was 14 years old. I have been part of the music program at Christ First for many years, starting at the legacy First United in the ‘90’s. I do not have any formal music education beyond piano lessons but was lucky to have mentorship from my father. I went to school for physiotherapy and my ‘day’ job is in hospital administration, first at Trillium Health Partners, and currently at Halton Healthcare. Making music at the Church brings joy to my life and so I greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue to play at Christ First.
